Tomen y Rhodwydd

Fiona Gale, former conservation archaeologist for Denbighshire, addressed the Society in October 2018 on the subject of this  Motte and Bailey Castle which stood at the head of the Nant y Garth, on the Wrexham Road.

​

This informative talk described the origins, design, purpose, current status and recent archaeological conservation work at the site.
